The Blackening

Project Overview

To support the theatrical release of The Blackening, we managed the film’s social presence and developed a social-first content strategy designed to reflect the film’s distinct humor, tone, and cultural perspective. Our approach focused on creating platform-native content that felt authentic to the voice of the film while tapping into the conversations already happening online around horror tropes, pop culture, and the film’s sharp comedic lens.

In addition to managing the film’s social channels, our team developed bespoke creative and supported the broader marketing campaign through digital-first programming, including content captured during press junkets and original digital series concepts. These assets helped extend the film’s promotional moments beyond traditional press beats and created additional opportunities for fans to engage with the cast and the film’s comedic world.
